This property offers open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge room with FREE WIFI plus FOXTEL (Sports & Movies package) central living and dining areas leading to front and rear decks. The front deck has an 8 seater outdoor dining setting with wide open ocean views and a gate at top of stairs making it safe for toddlers.

The rear deck has seating and gas BBQ also with ocean views and offers relaxing views of the treasured Tomaree National Park. The newly landscaped rear garden includes 2 hammocks perfect for summer afternoon relaxation under a canopy of shady trees in the National Park.

There is a Nespresso Coffee Machine supplied so bring your own Nespresso capsules or L'OR Expresso capsules are available from Coles Supermarket.

The main bedroom and bedroom three are down two steps off the living room. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom one has a large king bed, robe, ceiling fan and lovely views of Fingal Bay.

Bedroom three has two king single beds and ceiling fans with views back to the natural bush.

Bedroom two(the Bunk House) is located off the living and dining area. This room has two sets of bunks, a day bed/couch, air conditioning and an ensuite with a large corner bath, vanity and toilet. It has a sliding door leading to new rear deck with ocean views and national park views. The rear yard is fenced and enclosed with access to street via gate on rear deck.

Laundry with washing machine next to the kitchen and clothes line in rear garden.
